ISO 9001 certified in 1995, audited to ISO 9001:2000 standards since 2002. TL 9000 certified in 2001, compliant with release 4.0 since July 2007.

Conklin-Intracom is audited and certified by AEA Quality Advantage Corporation in accordance with ISO 9001 & TL 9000 requirements.

ISO 9001 is the requirement standard used to assess a company's ability to meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements and thereby address customer satisfaction.

TL 9000 expands the ISO 9001 requirements as specially related to the telecommunications field.
